Notification Office

Apart from supervising the Swiss lottery and betting market, Comlot is also the notification office for illegal lottery and betting events. Comlot will investigate any events that have been identified by Comlot itself, by private individuals or by any other agencies and authorities that would appear to violate Swiss legislation on lotteries and betting events. If Comlot identifies any such violations, it will make further and thorough investigations prior to bringing detailed charges with the appropriate cantonal law enforcement agency or agencies.
